GUIDELINES FOR OBTAINING VINBUS TICKETS
(The ticket is only valid during the guest’s stay at the hotel)
Step 1: One day before your check-in date in Phu Quoc, please visit the VinBus link to obtain your ticket:
https://vinbus.vinwonders.com/
Step 2: Select Wyndham Garden Phu Quoc hotel.
Step 3: Enter the “Booking Number” – the hotel booking confirmation code – to receive your ticket.
(Each room has a different booking number. If you have multiple rooms, please enter the corresponding booking number for each room to redeem tickets according to the number of guests booked per room.)
Step 4: The screen will display full ticket information. Please click “Get Ticket” to issue your VinBus ticket.
Step 5: Once the ticket is successfully issued, please present it when using the VinBus service.
Notes:
- VinBus tickets can only be obtained within 24 hours prior to the check-in date.
- There is no limit to the number of times you can use the ticket per day.
- Please keep your ticket for use throughout your stay.
- The ticket is only valid during the guest’s stay at the hotel
- VinBus tickets are issued based on the number of guests in each booking. The hotel is not responsible for ticket shortages due to under-declared guest numbers.
